Fees must be paid monthly on the 1^st day of each month. If your child starts with us mid-month, then an interim payment is required to bring fees in line with the 1st day of the next month.

We prefer fees to be paid direct by standing order. Monthly fees are calculated as follows:

Weekly fee x 52 weeks divided by 12 months (to give 12 equal installments)

All fees are subject to change every year in September (next review September 2012)

All fees will continue to be charged when your child is off sick or on holiday and when the nursery is closed for Bank Holidays and for 3-4 days around Christmas and the New Year. In addition, the deposit and registration fee are due before your child starts at the nursery. Any cancellation before the child starts is non-refundable.

Fees exclude nappies, nappy wipes, nappy sacks, nappy creams, proprietary milk formulas, baby food and other specific dietary requirements.
